Copyright and takedown

The LMSY name, the wordmark, the interface, the copy and the code are ours or our licensors'. Nothing on this page grants a right to use them.

Spots belong to the advertisers who made them. They license us to broadcast and archive them, and nothing more. If you want to use somebody's spot, ask them.

Each advertiser is responsible for the copyright in what they upload, and confirms they own or have licensed everything in it before it airs. We do not decide who owns what: our review looks for content that is unlawful or against the content policy, not for who holds a copyright.

If something here infringes a copyright you hold or represent, write to hello@letmeshowyou.live with the subject "Copyright" and tell us:

We take down or disable what is complained of while we look at it, and tell the advertiser what was received. Because the advertiser confirmed they held the rights, the dispute is really between the two of you; we act to stop the harm, not to settle who is right.

Send a complaint only when you believe it. One made in bad faith, to take down something you merely dislike, is not one we will keep acting on.

If your spot was taken down and you think it should not have been, reply and tell us why, with anything that shows you hold the rights. If it holds up, we put it back.

Accounts that infringe repeatedly are closed. Unspent paid plays are refunded; the account is not reopened.
