Terms of service
The agreement between you and IS.TEAM LLC for using LMSY.
Who you are agreeing with
LMSY — Let Me Show You — is operated by IS.TEAM LLC, a limited liability company registered in Delaware, United States under file number 10536716, at 8 The Green, Ste A, Dover, DE 19901, United States.
"We" and "us" mean that company. "You" means the person or organisation using the site. Reach us at hello@letmeshowyou.live.
By creating an account or buying plays you accept these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of an organisation, you are confirming you may bind it.
What the service is
We run one continuous video channel. It does not stop and it has no schedule you can book a named time in.
You buy plays. A play is one pass of your spot through the queue. It is not a reserved minute, and nothing here sells you a specific instant on the clock.
Plays are spent four a day, one in each six-hour quarter. We choose the order within a quarter. When no play is due, the channel loops the archive of spots that have already aired.
What it costs
Runtime is billed at $1.00 per minute of runtime, per play, prorated to the second. A spot may run up to three minutes.
Every purchase clears a $5 minimum. Below that figure the fee to collect the money is a meaningful share of it, so short single runs are charged the minimum rather than the rate — the checkout says so before you pay.
Ten-play and hundred-play purchases carry a 25% discount on the per-play rate.
One charge, up front, for the whole run. Nothing recurs. There is no balance to top up.
Prices are in US dollars and are exclusive of tax. Depending on where you live, local taxes such as VAT or GST may apply to your purchase. Where we are required to collect them they are shown at checkout; where we are not, you are responsible for any that is due where you are.
Paying
Payment is taken by Stripe, Inc.. Card details are entered on their page and never reach this site; we receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, the amount, and an invoice number.
Plays are granted when that confirmation arrives, and by nothing else. A page that says you have paid is not what credits an account.
An invoice is issued for every purchase. Stripe emails it to you, and a link to it appears on your dashboard once Stripe has finished preparing it.
Review, and what airs
Paying does not put a spot on air. We look at every spot before it can be queued.
Once it is cleared, you decide when it goes out and you can pull it back at any time. Unspent plays stay yours.
If we cannot clear a spot, you are refunded in full.
We can refuse or pull a spot that breaks the content policy. If we pull one after it has aired, we refund the plays that had not been spent.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the card that paid. Ask at hello@letmeshowyou.live.
If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK you normally have fourteen days to withdraw from a purchase made at a distance. Queuing a spot asks us to begin the service at once: once a play has aired it cannot be taken back, so the right to withdraw falls away for plays already spent, while unspent plays can still be refunded.
Nothing here removes a right you have under consumer law where you live.
- A spot we decline: refunded in full.
- A spot pulled by us after airing: the unspent plays are refunded.
- An account closed by either of us: unspent paid plays are refunded.
- Plays already spent are not refunded — the airing happened.
- Gifted airtime is not money. It cannot be refunded, transferred or cashed out.
Your content, and what you let us do with it
You keep every right you have in what you upload. We claim no ownership of it.
You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to encode your spot into the formats the channel plays, broadcast it, keep a copy in the archive, replay it when the queue is empty, and show a still from it in listings. The licence exists so the service can run and goes no further.
A spot that has aired keeps a public page of its own. It can be indexed by search engines, and an old link keeps working even if you rename the spot. We keep the page for at least a month after the spot's last airing, and as a rule far longer; we take it down when you delete the spot, or, rarely, when we have to.
You are solely responsible for what you upload. You confirm you hold or have licensed every right in the spot — including music, footage, trademarks and anyone appearing in it — and that airing it breaks no law. If a claim is made against us over your content, that is on you, not on us.
What we do not promise
We do not guarantee an audience. Viewer numbers move on their own and nothing in a purchase promises a floor.
We do not guarantee the channel is never interrupted. If it is down, unspent plays roll forward.
The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it arose. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited by law.
Ending it
You can close your account whenever you like. Unspent paid plays are refunded; gifted airtime is not.
We can close an account that breaks these terms or the content policy. Where the breach was not deliberate we will say what it was and give you a chance to fix it.
Changes
These terms carry a version, shown at the top of this page. Your acceptance is recorded against the version you were shown, so there is always a record of which one you agreed to. When they change materially the new version is posted here with its date.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of that state have exclusive jurisdiction for business disputes.
If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in, or your right to bring a claim there.
Before going to court, write to hello@letmeshowyou.live. Most things are quicker to fix that way.
